Excellent resource for people who suffer with chronic pain. Lots of information and walks through Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help rewire pain signals.
Gabor Maté, MD
Walks through how stress and repressed emotions play a powerful role in chronic illness with research and moving stories. Many examples which include breast cancer, prostate cancer, multiple sclerosis, and Alzheimer's disease.
Bessel van der Kolk, MD
This is one of the most famous books on trauma and how to heal from it. It goes in depth about how trauma affects the mind and body, and how various mind-body treatments help to break people free from their trauma.
Rachel Zoffness, PhD
This book dives into pain from a biopsychosocial approach, and has a ton of self-guided CBT and mindfulness exercises to help break the pain cycle.

Very listenable and lovely podcast that talks about the mental health side of chronic pain, and success stories.
