I believe we’re all beautifully complex main characters, and we deserve to be cared for as such. You’re the expert on your story, and your story is more important than your symptoms because when people are seen, heard, accepted, and supported, they can truly heal.
I’ve created the S.T.O.R.Y. Method for holistic health, mental wellness, and healing pain. My method provides the framework to harmonize the complexities of your health so you can start living your best life.
Unlike the usual pills that cover your symptoms with band-aids, my approach helps you sustainably heal by treating the root causes of your symptoms. This includes every aspect of you as a whole person - your mind, body, and spirit.
Our healthcare system is working.
Medical doctors spend enough time listening to their patients and explaining things.
Healthcare professionals have all the answers and don’t need to personalize their treatments.
We are merely physical bodies that can be "fixed" with drugs alone.
The mind and body are separate and can be successfully treated separately.
Anyone can heal on their own, without any support.
The word ‘health’ comes from the word ‘whole’.

What makes me different from other doctors is my unique approach to holistic health, mental wellness, and healing pain.
Introducing My
Every hero's story is full of stress. Childhood stress, T/traumatic stress, relationship stress, work stress, "good" stress, "bad" stress, etc. It's a big part of what makes us who we are, and why we suffer in the ways we do.
Instead of talking about it like an afterthought, my method addresses it right away, since stress and our reactions to it are the root causes of many health issues.
This is the sacred bond between a client and their healthcare professional. Or how I see it, between the hero and their guide. Research shows that the therapeutic alliance itself is a strong predictor of health-related success. To me, this is the most important part of healing.
Instead of treating you like a transaction, I consider working with you as an alliance.
You may have heard of this term: "pillars of health". Everyone has their own view on how to build a foundation for health, but I think mine is the most robust. Lots of doctors say that things like diet, exercise, hormones, and sleep are pillars, whereas I see those as building blocks to support your biological and psychological pillars.
I believe that every person's health is supported by four pillars. The biological and psychological pillars are what we conventionally think of as physical health and mental health, respectively. The social pillar represents our relationships and the environments/contexts in which we exist. The spiritual pillar isn't talked about much - it represents things like purpose, connection to something greater than oneself, etc.
We suffer when our pillars aren't organized, which is why my method addresses the pillars, not just the building blocks.
Unlike those doctors who might give you and effective treatment but no support, I'm not going to just tell you what to do and wish you the best. I believe it's also important to figure out how you'll accomplish your goals, and regularly check in to ensure that we're making progress. Even the best of us need support to thrive.
You focus on what you need to do, and I'll keep you motivated and organized.
Never forget that when it comes to your health and your story, YOU are the main character. Your healthcare providers are supposed to guide and support you! Not talk down to you and dismiss you.
My method empowers you to be in the driver's seat of your healing journey, while I navigate you with tools, organization, and strategy.
When we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the ending.
